SHARED/PRIVATE VAN & MINI-COACH SERVICE

Terminal A - On Baggage Claim level; Exit doors between Baggage Carousels 1 & 2 and cross to the island marked "Hotels & Vans". The Shared Van Pickup area will be to your right.

Terminal B - (US Airways, Alaska Airlines, Spirit Airlines, Air Canada) - On Baggage Claim Level, exit doors by Carousel 'B" and walk to your right..
You will be at the Yellow Banded "Shared Van" posts.

Terminal C - On Baggage Claim level; proceed out doors to Traffic Island #4

Terminal E - Exit the doors at the far left end of the terminal. Cross the traffic lanes to the "Shared Van" pickup area.

Shared Van Service is limited to "live pickups" at the designated pickup areas only.

Drivers are NOT ALLOWED to enter the terminal.

PRIVATE SEDAN/TOWN CAR SERVICE

Terminal A (Delta, Delta Shuttle, Continental) From Baggage Claim, exit doors between Carousel 1 & 2 and cross all the way to Limo Pick Up.

Terminal B (US Airways, Air Canada, Alaska Air) - From Baggage Claim, proceed upstairs and go out doors by the US Airways Shuttle ticket counter.
Turn to your right and proceed to Private Limo area.

Terminal B (American, Spirit) - From Baggage Claim, proceed up stairs. Exit doors by the American Airlines ticket counter and walk to your left towards the Private Limo area.

Terminal C & D (Jet Blue, United, Midwest Express) - From Baggage Claim, proceed up stairs. Exit doors by the Jet Blue ticket counter and
cross traffic lanes to the outermost curb this is the Private Limo area.

Terminal E (Air Canada from Halifax, Northwest, All International Arrivals) - Exit the doors by the far left end of the terminal and cross the traffic lanes to the Private Limo area.

Your driver will have a sign with your name on the sign.
Drivers are NOT ALLOWED to enter the terminal.

At T. F. Green

ALL SHARED VAN SERVICE

All passengers, once they get their luggage, should proceed out from baggage claim. Passengers
should cross traffic lanes and go into parking lot and wait at the Limo Shelter.

ALL PRIVATE SERVICE

All passengers will be met at the Information Center located on the Baggage Claim level.

Drivers will have signs with the "Worcester Airport Limousine" banner.

GENERAL TRAVEL INFORMATION

As of December 31, 2006 all air travelers to and from Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean, and Bermuda will be required to have a passport.

When traveling for several days, especially on flights which require changing aircraft, packing a few essentials in your carry on bag can be a real headache saver should you and your luggage get separated. Toiletries, a change of clothes, and certainly any medications you’ll need for your trip should stay within arms reach. On many smaller commuter aircraft, all luggage gets stowed, so if there are any items you want with you during the flight, keep them separate.

Smaller commuter planes tend to be much louder in the cabin than the larger aircraft. A set of ear plugs will make for a much more pleasant flight.

Carry on luggage restrictions vary slightly from carrier to carrier, so checking with them ahead of time can save some last minute shuffling in the terminal.

Lots of different suggestions are out there for those folks who sometimes have problems with their ears "popping" during take off and landing altitude changes. Chewing gum, or other chewy candy is the old standby, and is available at virtually every airport you’ll pass through. Sipping bottled water works too, and lets you avoid calories.
